My child has been attending Westcare for over a year now, since he was 6 months old. He absolutely loves it and has thrived here. He’s made so many friends and made some amazing connections with the educators in his room. The staff are so friendly and you can feel the care they have for him. So so happy with the decision to go here.Posted on Google![]()

I am very grateful for the team at Westcare Early Learning. My 1yo son clearly feels so safe and loved. He comes home regulated and happy. When I pick him up there’s always an educator right by his side cheering him on. The facility is clean, safe and organised well. Highly recommend to any parents thinking about making a change or beginning childcare.Posted on Google![]()

When our previous childcare centre closed, we were quite worried about finding the right place for our son. My wife and I visited several centres, and we decided to choose the one where Mati felt the most comfortable. At the other centres, he was shy and didn’t want to separate from us. But the moment he walked into Westcare, everything changed. Within a minute, he was happy, settled, and didn’t want to leave. That gave us so much confidence. Since starting at Westcare, we have genuinely seen a different child. Every time we pick him up, he is smiling and clearly happy. We really appreciate the system they use to keep us informed about his day, and the level of care from the educators is something special. You can truly see how much they care, and how much they love the children. Marie is absolutely wonderful. Her big smile makes every morning feel welcoming, and Mati always runs to her for a big hug, which is very unusual for him. Rachel has also been incredible from day one. You can clearly see her passion, as well as her strong focus on both safety and education, which gives us great peace of mind. This is a beautiful place, and we trust them with the person we care about the most. In the near future, our newborn daughter will definitely be attending as well. Thank you to the whole team.+0Posted on Google![]()

We were nervous about sending our toddler to day care. It’s been such a wholesome experience at Westcare ELC, she loves so many of the staff talking about them even at home! Come and see Westcare for yourself and experience our benefits.
Westcare Early Learning Centre is proudly family owned and operated here in South Australia, not part of a large corporate chain. This means decisions are made locally, with genuine care for families, children, and educators. Our focus is always on relationships, quality care, and doing what is right for our community.
Our centres are warm, welcoming spaces where families truly belong. We take the time to build meaningful relationships so you and your child feel known, supported, and comfortable every day. Many families tell us it feels like being part of an extended family, not just a childcare centre.
We create calm, nurturing environments where children feel safe, settled, and confident. Familiar faces, consistent routines, and caring educators help children feel secure, allowing them to relax, explore, and enjoy their day just like they would at home.
We understand that every family is different. Our team works closely with parents to provide flexible care options and genuine support during changes, transitions, or busy life moments. You are never just a number here, we work with you, not around you.
Our director is present, approachable, and actively involved in daily centre life. Families know who they are, can easily ask questions, and feel reassured knowing leadership is hands on and available to support both children and educators.
We truly listen to our families. Your feedback helps shape our centres, improve communication, and strengthen the care we provide. Families are encouraged to share thoughts, ask questions, and feel confident that their voice is heard and valued.
Your child’s safety is our highest priority. We have clear supervision practices, strong routines, and visible leadership to ensure children are always cared for and supported. Families can feel confident knowing we take wellbeing seriously and actively show how children are kept safe.
Our environments encourage independence, confidence, and self-discovery. Children are supported to make choices, try new things, and develop life skills at their own pace in a calm, thoughtfully designed learning space.
We believe the best learning happens when children are genuinely engaged. Educators observe, listen, and build learning experiences around each child’s interests and curiosity, making learning meaningful, enjoyable, and relevant.
Our educators are highly qualified, experienced, and genuinely passionate about early childhood education. More importantly, they care deeply about each child’s wellbeing, growth, and happiness, building strong, trusting relationships with both children and families
Families value seeing familiar faces, and so do children. We prioritise consistent staffing so children can form secure attachments and families feel comfortable knowing who is caring for their child each day. Consistency helps children feel safe, settled, and confident.
We offer engaging incursions such as dance and messy sensory experiences that add excitement and creativity to the learning program. These hands-on activities support physical development, confidence, and joyful learning through play.
Children learn best by doing. Our programs are filled with interactive, play-based experiences that encourage exploration, creativity, problem solving, and confidence, while making every day enjoyable and meaningful.
We teach children the importance of caring for their world. Through everyday practices and learning experiences, children develop an understanding of sustainability, responsibility, and respect for the environment.
From recycling to gardening and mindful resource use, children are encouraged to care for nature and understand their role in protecting the environment. These early lessons help build lifelong values around respect and responsibility.
Families are kept informed and involved every step of the way. We prioritise clear, open communication about your child’s day, room changes, educator updates, and transitions, helping build trust and peace of mind.
